Feedback guides people in the right direction Feedback is fundamental to planning learning and development goals, and it brings coaching and enablement into the manager-report relationship. This way, people have a better feel for where they can improve and where they’re already excelling. Research shows that employees want to receive meaningful feedback. Your direct reports want to receive feedback In a culture that values continuous feedback, workers are 3.6 times more likely* to strongly agree that it motivates them to do outstanding work.īefore diving into our 27 employee feedback examples, let’s have a deeper look at the benefits of giving meaningful employee feedback. The most obvious time for feedback is performance reviews although we see reviews as critical for developing high-performing teams, they don’t happen often enough to be the only source of input. When a company enables its people with the input and support they need to thrive, innovation and engagement flourish - and so does the business. But things have changed, and forward-thinking organizations understand that meaningful, growth-oriented feedback benefits everyone. The culprits? Outdated management practices based on destructive feedback that isn’t helpful to anyone. The thought of feedback still makes many people uneasy. ![]() #Pcsx running too fast fullPlayed Xenoblade Chronicles X on Cemu last year, and it ran full speed on AMD Ryzen, even at 4k upscaled resolution, and the emulator probably runs faster now. On every game I played on those respective emulators. PCSX2 (PS2), Dolphin (GC/Wii), Cemu (Wii-U), RPCS3 (PS3), all run full speed on AMD Ryzen chips. The Intel CPUs are faster, if you want to uncap the frame rates for example, they're about 30% faster than AMD, but you still get full speed on emulators with AMD Ryzen chips. So it's complete misinformation to suggest that emulation isn't good on AMD CPUs. It actually runs faster than PCSX2 does.Īnyone with an AMD Ryzen 5 1600x CPU, equivalent or better should have no issues running RPCS3.Įvery emulator I tried runs great on an AMD Ryzen CPU. Some games run 250-300fps if I turn the frame limiter off. I have a Ryzen 5 1600x, and every game I tried runs full speed, and more actually. Here are a few examples of PS2 titles running on higher framerates, and resolutions. The minimum specs to get full speed in most games is Intel (Haswell) 4th Gen CPU, or AMD Ryzen CPU. Not only do games run better, but due to upscaling, and higher resolutions, older titles look considerably better too. PS2 emulation has come a long way, and is definitely the ultimate way to experience classic titles by making use of PC resources. He was an early advocate of democracy and religious freedom, notable for his good relations and successful treaties with the Lenape Native Americans. William Penn was a writer, early member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), and founder of the English North American colony the Province of Pennsylvania. However, even kings can make mistakes, and when Charles II granted William Penn a charter for land in America, he gave him territory that he had already granted to both Maryland and Delaware! What an idiot!? In the early days of British colonialism in North America, land was granted to individuals or corporations via charters, which were given by the king himself. After this, both the name and its understood meaning became more widespread, and it eventually became part of the border between the seceded Confederate States of America and Union Territories. Jeremiah was a Quaker and from a mining family. It is called the Mason and Dixon Line because the two men who originally surveyed the line and got the governments of Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland to agree, were named Charles Mason and Jeremiah Dixon. Take a look at the map below to see exactly where the Mason Dixon Line is: Why Is it Called the Mason-Dixon Line? Mason and Dixon resurveyed the Delaware tangent line and the Newcastle arc and in 1765 began running the east-west line from the tangent point, at approximately 39☄3′ N.įor the rest of us, its the border between Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Virginia. ![]() What I can tell you is that, as a4plz said before me, the campaign is the tutorial. ![]() I must have played Anno 1404 over 400-450 hours by now (I've been playing it since they removed the DRM in the retail version and nowadays I play it from time to time - it is such a relaxing game) but I'm not sure I can give any tips for a beginner I always strived for making beautiful towns and I don't think I ever focused on efficiency. Spices, on the other hand, must be obtained by trading with Oriental islands, and that opens up a whole new aspect of gameplay that you can discover for yourself :) Balancing your production chains is literally the key to being successful in this game, so don't be afraid to google the ratios. You'll realise that each weaver's hut you build needs 2 hemp plantations to keep it running at maximum efficiency. ![]() Linen is your first intro to production chains, where the resources produced by one building are "picked up" by another building, to create its own resource. Citizens now require Spices in their Food, Amusement from a nearby Tavern, and also Clothing, which is satisfied by Linen shirts. Their houses will change appearance one-by-one to reflect this. Pretty soon you'll unlock the Citizen class, and your Peasants will start ascending classes if you keep them happy and reduce their taxes to DARK GREEN for a short period. You'll need lumberjack's huts to provide your own supply of Wood for building, as well as money, which is generated by the taxes you charge your people. Food and Drink can be satisfied by fishing huts and cider farms, Community by connecting Peasant houses to a Marketplace, and Faith by living inside the glowing area of a nearby Chapel. Your colony starts off as Peasants who only require Food, Drink, Community, and Faith. You generate those resources by building plants and connecting them to a warehouse via roads, which sends out carts to collect your fresh goods. Hitting milestones unlocks new buildings and new civilization levels - social classes who demand certain resources to remain happy. I'm only a beginner to 1404 myself, but the basic progression of gameplay is that you build houses to increase your population as much as possible. The campaign is a slowly-unfolding tutorial, yes. ![]() |
